Pipicha Santa is an intimate fine dining restaurant in Condesa, Mexico City, offering a chef-led tasting menu rooted in Mexican cuisine.
We work with local, seasonal, organic ingredients sourced from the areas surrounding Mexico City, following a farm-to-table philosophy under the direction of chefs Anita Pereyra and Jonathan Rodríguez.
Through each dish, they share their journey and experience, highlighting the ingredient as the true protagonist while honoring the cultural richness of Mexican cuisine and the family traditions passed down through generations.
